By downloading, installing, or using Prayer Pets ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Subscription Terms

Prayer Pets offers a premium subscription with the following terms:

• Price: $4.99 USD per month
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of $4.99/month
• Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• Apple: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or manage via the App Store
• Google: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

Content Ownership

All content, graphics, characters, and materials in Prayer Pets are owned by ReallyCreativeIdeas.com Pte Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your prayer entries and personal content remain yours, but you grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReallyCreativeIdeas.com Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
